Light Long Band
This is our light long rezistance band designed for people ready to sweat.
The turquoise long band is ideal for upper body workouts such as upright rows, shoulder press, bentover rows, pull aparts and much more! This band can also be used for assistive pull-ups. The lighter the band you use for assistive pull-ups, the more challenging the exercise becomes. Use our light long rezistance band in combination with our purple heavy long rezistance band if you want a real challenge.
All of our bands are a durable cotton loop resistance band that can be used in the gym, for CrossFit, yoga or during a home workout. With our non-slip technology, you do not have to worry about the bands snapping up during your squats or any other type of exercise. Our bands are also latex-free and made of a cotton and elastic blend. Available in a variety of colours/resistances.
